Welcome to Tranquility - an online email meeting group.  We are affiliated
to Al-Anon and follow its guidelines and traditions.

Tranquility provides a "24 hour" meeting in which members share their
Experience, Strength & Hope (ESH).

"If you have a problem with someone's drinking or sobriety,
you have come to the right place."

"The relative of alcoholics, when gathered together for mutual aid, may call themselves
an Al-Anon Family Group, provided that, as a group, they have no other affiliation.

The only requirement for membership is that there be a problem of alcoholism
in a relative or friend."
