Meetings via Email
Probably the most popular method of participating in Online Al-Anon, meetings by email are available to anyone who has the capability to send and receive email messages.
Although the method varies from group to group, typically members post a message to one email address which is automatically forwarded to all other members on the list. Topics are introduced by a "chairperson" one, two or three times a week, and sometimes daily.
Listing on this page does not constitute approval of any group's manner of practicing the Al-Anon program. If you are not comfortable in one meeting, we urge you to try another. ENGLISH LANGUAGE MEETINGS
5th Tradition AFG 
The "5th Tradition Al-Anon Family Group" has only one qualification for membership -- adherence to Al-Anon's Third Tradition. Sharing is stimulated by weekly topics and weekly secondary topics, as well as a month-long discussion of Al-Anon Traditions, but sharing is not limited to the "official" topics. A Serenity Place 
A Serenity Place is a closed meeting that meets every day with a new topic. Some days are traditional topics like Steps, Traditions and Slogans. Other days are open topics at the suggestion of the day's chairperson. To find out more about A Serenity Place, please visit the website.
Awakenings Online AFG 
Awakenings is a closed special focus online Al-Anon e-mail sharing meeting. Its focus is primarily on Steps 3 and 11 and sharing the way participants establish and maintain their relationship with God as they understand their Higher Power. Courage To Change 
CourageToChange Al-Anon Group is an email group for recovering families and friends of loved ones with the disease of alcoholism. We strive to keep the focus on the message of Al-Anon and ourselves, sharing our ES&H in order to pass along the message of Al-Anon and the many tools it offers. CyberSerenity [CAFG] has a weekly topic, chosen by a Group Chair who rotates monthly. The topics are usually based on a step or tradition that changes monthly. Sharing off topic is always welcome. To join the meeting send an email message to email@example.com. For more details see the webpage.
Experience, Strength and Hope 
ESH was created in April,1996. The sharing is done via email with a step/topic discussion group, addressing the steps and various topics, always keeping the focus on Al-Anon. Friends of Lois 
We are an email group with a strong focus on Al-Anon recovery. We generally have one new topic per week and ask every member who is able to share on the topic. Hope For Today Al-Anon Group [#00500873]
Hope For Today Al-Anon Group is a topic-oriented email message group for recovering families and friends of loved ones with the disease of alcoholism. We strive to keep the focus on the message of Al-Anon and ourselves, sharing our Experience, Strength, and Hope in order to pass along the miracle of Al-Anon and the many tools it offers. Key to Harmony 
Taking its name from the fourth of The Twelve Concepts of service, KEY holds two topic meetings per week via email, one an "open" topic and the other a Step/Traditions topic. Meetings are chaired by members on a weekly rotating basis. To join the group fill out the form on this page.
Men's One Day At a Time

New Beginnings AFG 
New Beginnings AFG is an Al-Anon Family Group meeting held via email with a new topic each week and also has a chat room meeting once per week. For more information send a email to Felicia with the subject: Subscribe to New Beginnings or see the web page.
SHARE is an email group which offers 24 hour sharing through individual single shares and a daily digest format which collects the shares and sends them to you each day in one email message. A meeting chair posts the topics weekly. The Group is listed with the World Service Office and supports the Steps, Traditions and Concepts of Al-Anon. for more information see the SHARE website.
Steps 2 Recovery 
We are a Yahoo email based discussion group which studies the steps and traditions. We are here to lend support to family and friends of alcoholics through our experience, strength, and hope. We stress the importance of working the twelve steps and twelve traditions, the reading of CAL, of attending live face to face meetings, and of having a sponsor. To find out more visit our Web page.
Tranquility AFG

Tranquility Step Meeting (aka TStep) 
Our goal in TStep is to work the 12 Steps of Al-Anon together. We encourage members to share with us online as we work each step, share privately with their sponsor, or just "lurk" and learn about the 12 Steps and how real people just like us work the steps and learn from them. We work each step for 2 weeks except for Step 4 (4 weeks), starting on Wednesdays since most online groups begin their weekly topics on Sunday/Monday. FRENCH LANGUAGE MEETINGS
We are an Al-Anon group looking for the whole Clarity of the Al-Anon's program through 12 Concepts of service study (incluing the warranties) and Step-Tradition-Concept crosslinks. Lontani e Vicini is an on-line Al-Anon group that is a 24-hour a day electronic bulletin board composed of various sections which relate to meetings on specific themes (spiritual meetings which focus on our literature), 12 Step meetings, meetings on the Traditions and the 12 Concepts and service meetings. Other sections provide access to guidelines or information on Al-Anon/ Alateen events (such seminars, meetings, festivities).
